JMB Valenzuela’s  Construction Inc, did an amazing job.  Royer and his team came in and replaced my tile expertly,. He fixed the shoddy baseboard work done by another team, and installed new fan for backyard patio.   Their woek was top notch. JMB is an incredible construction company. If you need anything done at your home (big or small!) they should be your first call. Royer and his team work clean, are super professional and don’t stop until the project is up to the homeowner standards and to Royer’s own high standards. He has great ideas and will do things the right way — as if it was his own house! Lastly, it’s all about the details,   details, details! These guys do all the super  detailed stuff to make your project amazing. Highly recommend! Below is the latest project. I had a gap between by home roof and garage roof. We used JMB Valenzuela’s Construction company to paint the exterior of our home. They were very professional and respectful of our property. The prep and repair work were completed in the time frame agreed upon on the written contract. They also fabricated a metal security front door. I would used their services again.
